Feasibility check

We review ingredients, process, shelf life, packaging and your destination's food rules, and tell you honestly what is possible.

R&D and kitchen trials

Our team develops the recipe in trial batches, matching your taste, texture and spice level, or adapting it for shelf life.

Step 4

Samples for approval

Air samples to you for tasting. We refine until you sign off on the final recipe.

Step 5

Validation and labelling

Shelf-life and specification checks, with accredited laboratories where your market requires reports, and labels built to your market's rules.

Step 6

Production and shipping

Pilot batch, then regular production under your brand, packed to your specification and shipped from Cochin or Vizhinjam.

Do you do R&D for new food products?

Yes. Our team develops new recipes and adapts existing ones through kitchen trials, then sends samples for your approval before production.

Will our recipe be kept confidential?

Yes. We sign a non-disclosure agreement on request and produce your recipe only for you.

What kinds of products can you develop?

Kerala and South Indian foods such as pickles and relishes, chutney and spice powders, ready-to-cook pastes, frozen Kerala breakfast and flatbreads, and steamed rice products. Tell us your idea and we will tell you honestly if we can make it.

How do samples work?

After kitchen trials we send air samples from Cochin. We refine the recipe until you approve it.

What is the minimum order?

It depends on the product and packaging. For private label on shelf-stable lines, the minimum is usually one print run of your packaging film. We confirm it with your quotation.
